Owner gone–Admin can't renew subscription

    Our subscription expires tomorrow. The original ‘owner’ (cardholder) is gone and we want to renew the subscription. We have no access to that owner’s email account, but we do have the same card as it is the company card. Have tried emailing support multiple times about this. Please advise.
