  Hello,

  I had a web builder build http://www.SneakPeekMusic.com and she did a great job. I have my login and password. What I don’t seem to have is control of WordPress so I can update etc. I have this user name, which I’d like to change lol and take control of my WordPress so I can update it.

  Any help in that regard will be greatly appreciated.

  Contact your web host.

  There is no wordpress.COM support for sites that are not hosted here like yours. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
