Owner of this domain left the company

  Hi

  The individual that set up the wordpress hosting for this domain is not with the company anymore. We want to close the website as we have a different domain to create the website under.

  Can you please assist me with deleting or closing this website?

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  The ownership group of the company is having difficulty ascertaining who is paying for the website. They believe that the individual was Sharon Grassi. The email they believe she used to set it up is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  This individual left the company in 2020. This individual has nothing to do with the company and we are not able to contact her.

  Hi, if it’s a company card, you can still get the transaction information and use that to regain access:

  If the site truly is their personal property with upgrades they bought personally, it may be best to just go ahead and create your own site with the domain of your choice.

  The owners of this business have no means to access the information to terminate this website. The owners want this website removed immediately as it is harmful to their business.

  The owners of Certified Paramedic Response, Inc. have identified copyright issues with this website. This website is illegally displaying logos and other copyrighted and owned information.

  The owners of Certified Paramedic Response, Inc. demand that this website be taken down immediately or they will pursue legal action.

  Please take this website down immediately.

  Have you followed the instructions posted previously regarding the transaction IDs that would allow for ownership verification?

  As I’m sure you can understand, for security reasons we cannot give someone control of a website without verifying that they are the owner.

  Yes, I have submitted a response with the recovery link that was provided.

  I hope you understand that the owners of this company want this website removed immediately. This is impeding their business. Their customers are getting confused by this old website.

  On this site, there is a tab for leadership. Two to these individuals remain the owners of the company. Two of the leaders are no longer with the company. Mike Planeta and Gary Ford are the owners of this company. They want the information regarding their history removed from this site immediately.

  The Logo is owned by the company I am representing as well. Certified Paramedic Response, Inc. DEMANDS that this logo is taken off the site immediately.

  Moreover, the phone number is diverting customers away from Certified Paramedic Response phone number. The phone number listed on the site:
  24-7 Phone: 1-602-362-2848 states that the call can not be completed.

  The Additional Phone: 1-480-433-3357 listed on the website goes to a voice messaging system and the mail box is full.

  This is significantly harming Certified Paramedic Response, Inc. and must be rectified immediately by removing this website.
