Owner, Transfer URL

  Hello. We are a charter high school. I am trying to transfer the URL to a new website I designed on Squarespace. I am listed as an administrator (I am the executive director of the school) but cannot transfer without the ‘owner’ title. I cannot find the owner account – likely a former employee – so I can reach out and get help w/ the transfer. Is there any way to either become the owner by upgrading the account?
