  We are trying to add our email to our website. Examply ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ We keep encountering the problem whereby Google cannot add us to G-Suite for non-profit because somehow our domain is still tied to a G-Suite affiliate account (which we assume is wordpress – since that is who shows as our registrar).

  Wordpress said that we have to disable our ‘G-Suite’ account (which we don’t have) for them to be able to disable the association.

  Wordpress keeps referring to Ami as the account “owner.’ But Ami has passed the ‘torch’ on to me, Alise, the person typing this. What do I do?

  Per my last conversation with WordPress, they basically cannot do anything for me as an “administrator” of the account – even though there is no status higher.

  I cannot find any contact information for G-Suite Non-profit support.

  I don’t see any G Suite licenses from WordPress.com for the domain in question.
