Ownership change

    I’m taking over ownership of the arcticcf.com site but the previous managers/owners don’t remember the login info. I’ve tried every combination they have given me. Is there any way you can assist.?

    Please ask the previous owners of the site to follow our account recovery process at https://wordpress.com/en/support/account-recovery/ to regain access to the account. To verify ownership we’ll need information only they will be able to provide.

    Once they’re back in the account, they can send you the login details, following which you can then log in and update the email and password to your own.
