Ownership of a domain

As the president, CEO and director of Pantridgedtell Corp registered in Delaware. On May 22nd, I need full access and ownership to my domain registered wrongfully under one of the company earlier directors personal account with word press on June 1st.

You are having a problem understanding that William Southall is not the owner of my company URL and he should have never used his personal email account to register my company URL. William infringed my company property and he registered my company URL under his personal email account. As the president, CEO and director of Pantridgedtell Corp registered in Delaware on May 22nd, I need full access and ownership to my domain which was unethically registered under William Southall (one of the company earlier directors) personal word press account on June 1st.
