Oxygen: allow comments on home page!

  I am bot able of inserting the comment form on pages.
  I have it for single posts, but not for pages.
  I would like to have it on my home page (that is a static page).

  Your home page isn’t a static page, it’s the complex showcase page, and it’s not supposed to display a comment form.
