Hi there!
Are you saying you want less space between the word “custom” and your bulleted list?
-
If you are on a premium plan, add this to your custom CSS:
.entry-content.clear-fix p {
margin: 0 0 .75em 0;
} -
Yes, I want less space between the word “custom” and my bulleted list (NO change in horizontal spacing between the word “custom” and “Click on any item for its pricing.”, though).
Using the codes above, however, all horizontal spacing above “greeting cards” are jammed closer.
I will leave the code in my custom CSS for some time for you to view (and help :)
-
OK, try taking the custom CSS I gave you out, and make the following changes:
on your post/page, take out the old bulleted list and add this in text mode:
<span class=”bulleted-list”><p>Custom:</p>
</span>
Then, add this to your CSS:
.bulleted-list p {
margin: 0 0 .75em 0;
} -
Imma try to post that HTML again and have it all show up as code (I’m new to this forum, apologies)
<span class="bulleted-list"><p>Custom:</p> <ul> <li><a href="https://orientaltextiles.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/price_feb2015_2pg_08235.pdf" target="_blank">greeting cards</a></li> <li><a href="https://orientaltextiles.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/price_feb2015_2pg_08235.pdf" target="_blank">mousepads</a></li> <li><a href="https://orientaltextiles.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/price_feb2015_2pg_08235.pdf" target="_blank">postcards</a></li> <li><a href="https://orientaltextiles.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/price_feb2015_2pg_08235.pdf" target="_blank">business cards</a></li> <li><a href="https://orientaltextiles.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/price_feb2015_2pg_08235.pdf" target="_blank">brochures</a></li> </ul></span> -

@jameswelbes: Yes, I used them like this:
<span class=”bulleted-list”><p>Custom:</p>
</span>
.bulleted-list p {
margin: 0 0 .75em 0;
} -
hrm well now the website won’t come up for me so I can’t try to figure out why it’s not working.
-
Oh! Just remapped. If possible, please try clearing your browser’s cache? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

Hi, the link you gave above to the prices page was missing the “s” on the end. I corrected that and here is the corrected link to your prices page: http://orientalcarpets.com/prices-2/ .
Open that page in the editor, switch to the Text tag and make the line with Custom: look like this and adjust the 0.3em value as desired. The original paragraph spacing is 1.75em.
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.3em;">Custom:</p> -
