  Oxygen theme: Can’t find a way to make the image slider to appear…
  Any ideas??

  Have you checked out the theme’s page for instructions on how to activate the slider?

  The Showcase Page template offers a featured slider for up to six Sticky Posts that have a Featured Image at least 750 pixels wide. Keep in mind: if you mark a post as Sticky but the featured image is less than 750 pixels wide, then it won’t display in the slider and will still disappear from the river of posts.

  Is this regarding the ‘slideshow’ element on the home page?

  Is the slideshow element only available by purchasing the $30 Custom Design package?

  I’ve followed all the available instructions and still can’t get this slider to show up, and operate.

  Yes.

  Is the slideshow element only available by purchasing the $30 Custom Design package?

  No, the slideshow functionality does not require the Custom Design Upgrade.

  I’ve examined your site and it seems that you’ve successfully activated the slider.
