Oxygen – tagline does not change after modifying style.css file

  I want to modify the color of the tagline in Oxygen. I edited the Stylesheet (style.css) and changed “color: #fff” to the color I want:

  font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
  font-size: 0.9166666666666667em; /* 11 / 12 = 0.9166666666666667 */
  font-weight: normal;
  line-height: 1.5em;
  margin-bottom: 20px;
  color: #D71F1F;
  float: left;
  width: 91.48936170212766%;
  clear: both;
  }

  I then updated the file and went to “Visit site”. Unfortunately, I do not see any change in the color. What am I missing?

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free wordpress.com blogs. http://www.wegwert.com/ is a self-hosted wordpress.ORG install. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
