Oxygen: The god awful Slider. NEED HELP.

  And clicked it again. Each time, nothing (of course because there’s a remnant). Einstein’s definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. >sigh<

  In the last hour and a half I got it solved. A member named numberstrong (steve) gave very detailed instructions that worked. My slider works. I cropped images in Preview to 750×380 and inserted into the library on the website – no need to crop in Oxygen. IT WORKED! My slider is working! ! ! Champagne all ’round

  Hi everyone, I’m really glad that my instructions seem to be working for so many people. Please, please try to remember how this works, so you can tell others on the forums how to get the slider working. I have moved my business’s main website off WordPress, but am leaving my wordpress.com blog up for reference of members who wish to use Oxygen; my absence from WordPress means that I will probably not go on here very often to see if anyone needs help.

  Again, I am very glad that people have benefited from my explanation.

  Or, even better than remembering how it works, I guess you can just post a link to this thread. I do not know of any other source, either on these forums or elsewhere online, that gives a very specific step-by-step instruction on how to get the slider working.
