Oxygen Theme- adding border color

I want to add border color to my website pangelingua.net . I am using oxygen theme, and new to CSS. Will be very helpful if you explain from where I can start and edit CSS for this effect. I need it like this screen shot : http://tinypic.com/r/fjnn5y/8

No problem :)
Click Appearance → Customize in your site’s Dashboard. Then, click CSS in your right-hand menu. In the CSS Revisions box, please paste the following underneath all existing text:
wf-active body, .wf-active button, .wf-active input, .wf-active select, .wf-active textarea {
background-color: #6C5035;
}Then Save your changes.
I arbitrarily chose a color that was close to the example you gave me. However, you can choose another hex color by looking at the codes here:

Hi there!
I’m not entirely certain where the error occurred, but I added the code into your CSS Revisions box. I used the hex color code that you added in the linked image you sent.
I also adjusted the search box to white, since the code to make you background brown, also made your search box brown. You adjusted it back to white.
The code used was:
.wf-active body, .wf-active button, .wf-active input, .wf-active select, .wf-active textarea {
background: #7A5229;
}.widget_search #s {
background-color: white;
