Oxygen theme – changing hover text color in post slider

  I figured out how to change the color of the text on the featured post using this:

  .featured-post .entry-title a {
  background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFF;
  bottom: 110px;
  color: rgb(184,64,25);
  font-size: 1em;
  padding: .4em 30px .4em 1.5em;
  position: absolute;
  right: 0;
  text-transform: uppercase;
  opacity: .8;
  }

  Then I figured how to change the visited text (when you hover over the slider):

  .featured-post .entry-title a:visited {
  color: rgb(184,64,25);
  }

  My problem is that when you hover over any post that is after the first one – the text color is the default, not the orange I wanted. I can’t seem to find what I need to change to effect the posts after the first. Not finding a “secondary-post”.

  got it, needed to also add this:

  .featured-post .entry-title a:hover {
  color: rgb(184,64,25);
  }

  .featured-post .entry-title a:active {
  color: rgb(184,64,25);
  }

  .featured-post .entry-title a:link {
  color: rgb(184,64,25);
  }

  I hope a person actually reads this …. I am so frustrated at wordpress that there is no way to contact anyone except through forums. I simply want to remove the date from my blogs. I am using shine on and I paid 30 so I could edit it but I simply can’t do it …… I have been trying for hours. Can anyone help me
