OXYGEN THEME HELP ( How to get rid of the blank grey box for img )

  Hello, I need help figuring out how to get rid of the blank grey box that appears when you post a new article in your homepage for the OXYGEN Theme.
  I’ve been going through the forums and most people have solved it by recoding the original code and applying something else to its “template”.
  Im using a mac and I didnt download anything thats OXYGEN Theme related folder, nor did I have to in order to use the theme. I just basically when to the theme site and applied it to my page. No folder or downloading was done.
  So How exactly can I fix this problem?
