Oxygen Theme – Increase number of items in "Recent Articles"

Hi everybody,
I’m new in here, learning how to use CSS in WordPress.
I’m using the Oxygen Theme for my website http://www.mena-post.com. I’m trying to figure out how to increase the number of items (or articles) that appear under the section “recent articles” on the Home page.
Can you help the noob I am please ?

There is currently no option to display more than three “Recent Articles” on the Showcase Page template in the Oxygen theme. A post will not display twice on the same page and the Recent Articles section displays the latest three regular (non-sticky) posts.
