Oxygen theme mobile primary menù

  Hello,
  I have an Oxygen theme blog hosted at wordpress.com and I also bought the Custom Design.
  Can sameone help me for making the primary menù into the mobile blog, displaying as into the normal web version, and not reduced as into the mobile Oxygen theme default (Main menù)?
