Oxygen Theme Not Rendering Properly on iPad

  The iPad is not showing the header or menu type like it used to. As of this morning when I looked at my site on the iPad, it was not longer appearing as it should/used to. I turned the Onswipe theme on temporarily, but this is very different in appearance. Is there a problem with this theme or a different issue occurring?

  Same. Can see drop down menus either on Dasboard.
