Oxygen theme slider size question?
-
My blog looks pretty good and all, but what are the pixels needed for my slider? I know it has to be 750px wide, but what about the depth? How tall should they be? Because right now there’s ugly white space due to size difference.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can see details on how to display a featured slider here (under Showcase page template): Each sticky post will need a set Featured Image that’s 750 pixels wide. To set a static front page for the Showcase Template see here please > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/

dstebb716, how did you get that black menu at the top left corner? do you need to pay for custome editing for that or?
-
That’s the secondary menu described in the detailed theme description at this link. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/
One has to create a custom menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Custom Menus
Oxygen supports up to three Custom Menus that can be configured by going to Appearance -> Menus:The Primary Menu appears below the Site Title
The Secondary Menu appears with a black background, just underneath the Primary Menu
The Tertiary Menu appears in the footer -
Right after I asked this question, I figured it out (within seconds). I just went to somebody else’s page and checked the size of their photos. Thanks for the answers!
