Oxygen user- secondary menu-I want to remove it (I don't want to use it). How?

  I am using the Oxygen theme. I tried using the secondary menu and have decided I’d like to remove it, for now. How do I do that? Now that I’ve selected a menu for it, it seems I must have some menu selection there—there is no “none” option. What I’ve done as a work-around is to create a custom menu (“blank”) with nothing in it and select that for the secondary menu position, but I’m sure there’s a better way?

  From Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard, choose the blank/empty option at the top of the drop-down list.
