P2 Breathe Theme comment website field says "false"

In my new blog using the P2 Breathe theme, the comment posting identity field for website says “false” (for users not logged in to WordPress) in all posts and pages where comments are enabled. I refer to the section below the comment box where it says “Fill in your details below,” followed by three fields, Email (required), Name (required) and Website. Instead of the normally gray “Website” I get the word “false” in black text. If I delete the word “false,” it changes to the normal “Website,” and the field works okay and reports the content as entered when viewed in comments admin. I’m concerned this could throw off some people and deter them from posting a comment. I don’t have this problem in my blogs using other themes. Is this a bug in the theme, and/or is there some way I can stop it from doing this? Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Given other quirky things about the P2 Breathe theme (e.g.: specify 10 recent posts in widget and get only five, all tags on all posts got deleted when I changed the owner of the posts, etc.) and my not really needing its special capabilities as I had originally intended, I’m switching to another theme. But I’ll leave this thread in “not resolved” status in hopes that the reported problem can be resolved for others’ use. Thanks.
