  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com account you used to create this forum thread was registered only 10 hours ago, and doesn’t own any sites. You don’t need to create a site with us if you don’t want to, and a WordPress.com username account is completely free.

  I’m not sure what the package ID you’re referring to is – we don’t use anything called a package ID anywhere on WordPress.com. Can you give some more details about what exactly that is?

  wordpress.com is in no way related to hostgator. you must contact Hostgator support to solve this problem.
