  Which package or packages include getting your own .com email address included? Also, are there month to month rates for each package (as I could not find them)?

  WordPress.com doesn’t offer email hosting directly but there are workarounds: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
  PS: Upgrades are charged annually (or for 2 years) in advance. There are currently no monthly payment plans at WordPress.com.
