Padding in Gallery

  Hi
  I’m using the Photos Theme and want to increase the standard spacing between images in an image gallery. Can anyone advise how to do this?

  There do not appear to be any options under the Block menu to change it and I’ve tried various CSS codes I’ve found on line but none seem to work.

  Hello Andrew,

  Happy to help you with this.

  It looks like the images are nested within rows, and with a caption – this makes total sense.

  To change the gap, this CSS would be needed:

  /* Change rows/figure gap AL */ 
  
  .wp-block-gallery.wp-block-gallery-1 {
      --wp--style--unstable-gallery-gap: 0px !important;
      gap: 100px !important;
  }
