Gostaria de pagar por um domínio por paypal,acontece que não tenho cartão de credito associado,no entanto tenho la dinheiro para pagar.existe outra forma de pagamento?queria pagar mesmo por paypal.

Let me see if i understood your problem correctly : you want to transfer your WordPress blog to a paid domain and you also want to know if there are other forms of payment besides PayPal.
For payment you can use these methods :
– credit/debit card directly
– PayPal
– BitcoinFirst of all, make sure your credit card is allowed for online payments. In case it isn’t, go to the bank and ask them to enable it for online purchases.
If it is enabled, you can use the credit card directly on WordPress website.
In case you want to use PayPal, you need to add a credit card to your PayPal account (after you log in to PayPal click “Profile” > “Add/Edit Credit Card”). Again, make sure the credit card is allowed for online payments. When your card is successfully added you will have to verify it. After verification, you will be able to use your PayPal account to make online purchases.

The only way to what I was paying by paypal I wanted to put a MBNet card but my credit card can not do isso.I just do not understand is that if I have money in paypal because do not let me pay! !

I assume you speak Portuguese and you use Google Translate. It would be better if you wrote directly in Portuguese (i understand your Portuguese words better even though i’m Romanian :)) ) because Google messes things up and i can’t follow you in English :)
When paying using your PayPal, funds are deducted from :
– your PayPal balance if you have enough funds there (PayPal funds are shown where it says “PayPal balance:”)
– your Associated Credit Card if you don’t have enough funds in your PayPal balance (just make sure you have added a credit card as i told you in the previous post)So just check what your PayPal balance says..
Also, where can’t you use your MBNet card? I didn’t understand that part..

Eu tenho a conta paypal com 30 euros e quero pagar ao wordpress 15 euros.
Eu não tenho nenhum cartão de crédito associado ao paypal,como não consigo pagar por não ter cartão de crédito associado,deduzo eu,pensei então em cria um cartão virtual chamado mbnet.
Fui ao multibanco com o meu cartão visa e qual o meu espanto quando não tenho acesso a secção mbnet,sendo assim não sei como fazer para conseguir pagar ao worpress.
Poderei pagar com um paypal de algum amigo que tenha a conta verificada? -
Yes. You can pay using your friend’s verified account.
It seems that you cannot use your PayPal account because you haven’t verified it yet. You will have to verify it by adding a bank account (if available in your country) or a credit card. E-cards may work or may not work.
As i understand, you already have a VISA credit card. You can pay with it directly (without PayPal). Just make sure it is enabled for online transactions.
And as i previously said, there is Bitcoin payment.
These are your options.

Eu tenho o site em “myblogwordpress.com” se eu pagar 15 euros e fizer o redirecionamento para “myblog.org” irei ter a secção plguins para poder colocar anuncios adsense?

AdSense is not allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only ads allowed are those from WordAds.co – http://wordads.co
Again, if you want to use AdSense or any other ads you need a self-hosted blog and the WordPress.org software.
