  why can’t I see my page ‘Berlin’ in my black front bar?

  You can add it to your menu bar by going to your Dashboard, then Appearance > Menus. By default, new pages do not appear in your menu until you add them. There is also an option there to add new “Top Level” pages (pages without parent pages) to the menu automatically.
