I am missing parent on all of my pages under page attribute. How can I fix this problem. Using Twenty twelve theme so there are no plug ins.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog linked to your username is using Twenty Ten, not Twenty Twelve. Link to the blog in question please.

yes twenty ten still missing parent tab. I cannot set up a menu because no pages shows up to place in the menu.

You have to create pages before you can designate them. You have, as far as I can see, no pages and no posts.
-
yes I have created pages I have 7 of them. They do not show up unless I go to all pages selection.

If you cannot see your pages in Appearance > Menus, then they are drafts or private. They have to be published and public.
For details on custom menus see this post of mine: -
I have created pages as drafts and they have shown up before in my pages as I created a custom menu. I do not want to publish every page before I create my menu. This is so confusing.

You probably don’t remember well. And you’ve got your priorities wrong: content comes first, menus and widgets etc come afterwards. Creating a menu that links to unpublished content (that is, adding links that don’t work) doesn’t make sense.
Anyway, if you want to work on a menu but don’t want your pages to show on the blog yet, create a new menu, add nothing to it or add only the Home item, and temporarily set this new menu as your primary menu while you’re working on the other menu.
