Page Attributes Missing

    Hi all

    I am just starting out and so apologies if I am a bit dense!

    I have created a website through Bluehost/Wordpress and am in the process of editing it before making it live.

    I wanted to edit a couple of my pages templates, and so I found the ‘Page Attributes’ drop down and did so in there and managed to fix exactly what had been bothering me.

    However when I went to do this same thing for the next page, the entire Page Attributes menu was suddenly missing. It is now gone from all of my pages editing pages.

    This is not just that the templates option is missing, as I see from googling that this is a common issue – but rather the ENTIRE Page Attributes menu/dropdown is missing.

    Hello there,

    Just to clarify, is the entire Page Settings menu missing? As I believe you may be talking about the “Page Settings” menu located at the top of the tool bar menu in the editor, rather than the Page Attributes portion of the menu. If so, by clicking on Page Settings (with the wheel icon) located at the top right of your screen between preview and update, will open up the menu again. If you X out of the menu, each time you will need to open it again. If you don’t X out of it, it will remain open.

    This is wordpress.COM support. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     What is the URL starting with http:// of the site in question? You can confirm where it is hosted here http://www.whoishostingthis.com/
