page attributes module missing

  How can i get the page attributes module to appear below publish module where it’s supposed to be. It isn’t there. Thanks!

  I believe it depends on the theme you are using but you can get it by going to:

  Pages >> All Pages

  Now hover over one of the page and you will see an item called Quick Edit. Click on it and you will get the necessary module you are looking for.

  I am of course, assuming that this is what you are looking for.

  I’m not seeing attributes page. BUT here’s what I’m trying to do. How do I set the thumbnail that shows in my archives. i want it to be the most eyecatching of the photos. Thanks for being patient with me.

  How do I set the thumbnail that shows in my archives.

  Whether or not any theme is coded to display a thumnail image on Archives pages is the first consideration and Nisita ia not among them

  The second consideration is whether or not the theme you use Nishita has an active exceprt box. On themes with active excerpt boxes you can include the code for thumnails along with your selected text.   when you click on archives, it shows a thumbnail for each post. I want to switch the images it’s chosen to use.

  Maybe I can contact the author of Nishita. Wouldn’t that be a great feature? When you use ‘featured image’ to do it it places that image at the top of your post. Funny, it doesn’t use the top image for the thumbnail.

  OK well, THANKS a ton as always!!! I am loving learning all this stuff. Up til 3 weeks ago I’d never done anything but email on a computer. Ha!
