Page Attributes not all there?

Why is the option of whether to make a page a parent page or a child page missing on the attributes section when i go to start a new page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That doesnt exactly help me. I know where it is supposed to be but it’s not there at all.

I used the page attributes fine up until a few days ago. I followed another thread and tried all their tips. Still doesn’t work.
Problem is: the drop down menu only shows the 1st page on parent/child choices. I have 3 pages on my new site. http://ihelpc.com

That’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. It’s a WordPress.org install. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and here we provide support only to free hosted WordPress.COM bloggers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
