Page attributes not working

  Hello!
  I am making a creative writing porfolio for a class, and I created a rough menu about a month ago, but since then I have tried to modify it, add parent pages or another page to the menu, but the option do not exist anymore.

  When I create a new page, the parent function under page attributes is just not there. A lot of googling tells me to delete all plugins etc, but the plugins tab that should be on the left of my dashboard is also just not there.

  When I create a new page, I’ve also tried to add it to a menu, but when I go to edit my menus, the pages are just not in the pages section.

  I do not know what kind of bug is messing with my site, but I’ve been having this problem for the last week or so and the project is due soon.

  I’ve also tried to use other computers, but to no avail.

  If someone could please help em figure out what is wrong, it would be greatly appreciated.

  Likewise with the Edin theme…

  1) Under Page Attributes – “Parent” option is not seen/available (i.e., cannot set up child pages);
  2) Setting up ‘Front Page: Featured Page’ 1, 2, 3 – These features are not functioning/available.

  I’m changing themes and revamping my business site. Many thanks in advance.
