Page attributes, template missing, wordpress multisite blog
-
I am the administrator of a multisite wordpress blog, blogg.hib.no (not released yet). In this, I’d like to create a static front page that lists latest post from all of the blogs in the network. However, this is not the question (right now).
On this static front page I would like to choose a custom template I’ve made, but the dropdown list for templates is not there at all (ref, this page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-attributes/)

Hello webmasterhib,
What site are you asking about? blogg.hib.no or some other WordPress.com site? I’m going to assume the latter.
Not all WordPress.com themes have additional templates, so that’s why you are not seeing a template list. WordPress.com users cannot modify the templates or upload/add their own.

I solved it, well – Google did. The template did not have a name, so when I added Template name: name-of-the-template to the top, it pops up everywhere where it is supposed to!

Glad to hear you solved the problem. In the future, rely on
