  Is it possible for my white background to look like my blog white background here http://newfoundland.blog.com/

  Hey there!

  You can do this by uploading the same background image to your Experience Newfoundland site.

  You’ll do so here:

  https://experiencenewfoundland.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-background

  If you’re not sure where you got that original background image, you can simple do a search for something along the lines of “crumpled white paper wallpaper,” and you’ll find the image you need.
