Page Breaks

I’m brand new to WordPress (the .com version not the .org) version. I’m used to using word processors where one has control over where to break a page so that the overflow flows on to the next page. As I expand my blog, putting new posts at the top, it just seems the blog will get longer and longer and, since I’m a prolific writer, could be thousands and hundreds of thousands of lines long as time goes by.

So, either there is a “break the page here function” to put BETWEEN posts or it is done automatically by WordPress.com or there is some entirely different way I don’t “get” (understand) yet?

To make clear (since I’ve run into this other question while trying to find the answer to this one), I am NOT asking how to insert a page break within a post. I’m asking how to insert a page break into the blog so that posts will flow off onto a page where older posts go.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
