Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on clearhost.co.uk. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. To be honest, I’m not sure on if they will be able to help. Not every web host offers support for their customers. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
