Page Builder

When I am finished in Page Builder and hit ‘Done,’ clicking on any of the choices leads me to a page that says ‘This site can’t provide a secure connection. (website) uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.
I don’t have (or need) SSL.
How do I get the ‘Done’ button to function properly? This site is being hosted on GoDaddy .com and they assure me that all is well on their end.
