Page builder grayed out issue & Problem on setting the margins on my theme!

    Dear Technical Support, I’ve been experiencing some Issues with this new update WordPress 4.2.2. The Margins of the Smartmag theme have changed and, now, I cannot customize it! How I can do this? Also, I cannot edit or modify the main home-page from the visual page editor, because the “grey out-issue”. All blocks of the editor appear in gray and blocked. I need help?

    I’ve been experiencing some Issues with this new update WordPress 4.2.2.

    In which case you’ll want to post this in the support forums for sites using the standalone WP software. You’ll find it at https://wordpress.org/support/

    If you don’t have an account there, you’ll need to create one.

    I’m using the Smartmag theme! I just need to fix the grayed out error on the of the page builder and visual editor and try to update my upcoming release.

    At the same time, I’m trying to change the margins of the theme and front page, because there’s a lot of unusual white spaces on both sides of this theme. But I don’t know how do this.

    I appreciate any help!.

    I understand, but you’ve posted your question in the forums for sites hosted on WordPress.com. The software we use here is different than self-hosted sites (not to mention that we do not have access to a theme called “Smartmag”).

    WordPress and WordPress.com are two entirely separate entities. For clarity: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may want to also ask your theme’s designer for assistance.
