Page builder not working

  My word press page builder on my website is not working. I click on page builder to edit my website and the tool page that is normally in the upper right is not there. Help??? :(

  Hi mkb11 – I am having exactly the same problem on our site and I urgently need to make an update to it. There seem to be a few people posting this kind of query so is there an issue?

  I checked your website and I am afraid you are on the wrong forums!

  Your website is not hosted on WordPress.com. We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  Your website is hosted with 1and1.com

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress.

  WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information.
