Page Builder Not Working Correctly

Hi all;
Using a custom them (Vella); the page builder isn’t working correctly.
I can’t upload images to each thumbnail, change colours of backgrounds or stylise certain buttons and icons as advertised by the theme.Any advise?

Having the same issue with images – this has been going on all weekend. Only about half of my previously-uploaded images are showing up, and I can’t get new ones to post.
I am getting no answer from my messages to the help staff. My site relies on posting timely information….
YES, I am reposting this complaint multiple times in response to other users’ complaints. An error like this shouldn’t persist for hours, let alone a day or more. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

@linchpinnz the site at linchpinnz.wordpress.com is using the Baskerville theme https://wordpress.com/themes/baskerville/ Since we don’t have an available theme here called “Vella” I feel you may be referring to a self-hosted site using the standalone WP software.
I see you’ve already received a reply in the other thread you’ve posted, so please follow the instructions that sfarley85 gave you and head over to the forum on WordPress.org.
WordPress.com and standalone WP are separate entities. For better understanding, please read this Support doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

@pikespicker – posting in multiple and oft-times unrelated threads won’t necessarily get your problem answered quicker, but it certainly will make it more difficult for forum volunteers and staff to track down your problem and try to assist you.
