page builder problem in Divi 2.1.2

  My site is built on DiviVersion: 2.1.2,
  When I try to add a page I have the following problem.
  I try to use the ‘use page builder’ button, this opens the window with the templates that have the default theme, but when I press the button to load the templates, it is completely Stuck, so these are not loaded and I can not work.
  Unfortunately I do not know much about site construction, and when I buy it, they left a lot of templates, so that I could use them and improve my site for myself
  I need help.
  I would appreciate a response as clear as possible, because of my low level.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
