Page cache is detected but server response time is still slow

  • Unknown's avatar

To give some background, I use the Buddyboss platform and app in tangent with my site and recently I have had some trouble with a critical error on my website and on my app. The only error I can find is from the in site health check that tells me there is no client caching response header found but I don’t know exactly what that means. Does anyone know a fix for this? Also, Buddyboss recommends cloud hosting as opposed to shared hosting but I never implemented that. I don’t know if that changes things in this case. Thanks

Hello, I actually already contacted the live support team. They are working on something but I am a little in the dark so I wanted to get a few perspectives if that is okay. They also said response times are slow until the 14th, so I posted it here. I appreciate any help

  • Well, we’re all the same team. So the public support/forums crew won’t be able to do anything any faster, I’m afraid.

I would stick with the support conversation that you’ve already got going so that we aren’t trying to duplicate efforts and slowing everything down.

    We appreciate your patience!

Oh ok, that makes sense. Thanks for the help anyway
