page confusion

2 problems: I want all my 5 created pages to show as I have made them, but the home page and calendar seem to now be the same thing, and the “what is playback theatre” page shows as posts only, and doesn’t display what’s on it. So I created a posts page, but I don’t know how to have that be the post page, and let the other page be what I made it to be. Also, everytime I load the dashboard or pages options, it briefly appears, then everything disappears, and I can’t take any actions now to edit anything.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

First thing is that you’ve setup your Calendar page as the front page and “What is Playback Theatre” as the posts page in your reading settings:

    https://tucsoncommunityplaybacktheatre.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php

“Home” in your menu is always going to point to whatever page you have selected as your front page in that setting, and that’s the first page that will come up when we visit your site too.

Whatever page selected as your posts page will show your lists of posts, not the body of the page as you’ve created it.

Also, everytime I load the dashboard or pages options, it briefly appears, then everything disappears, and I can’t take any actions now to edit anything.

Would you mind taking a screenshot of this? I’m not seeing any errors in your blog dashboard.

Let me know if you have any questions about fixing issue #1, but it sounds like we’ll need to resolve #2 first.

    Best,

    -Alex G.
