Page content and permalink lost, upon editing

  Hi
  When I try to edit a page, all content are lost, when I add content again and update, permalink changes to a ruh-nn (nn are incremented numbers,). say rh-11.
  I have then to edi again, add content, edit permalink to what I want, then update page.
  If I go wit the given permalink (say ruh-11) any new page ill have the permalink ruh-12 when edited, etc

  Hi there – what you are describing is unusual and not typical of WordPress, so initially I’m inclined to believe that it is either a plugin or theme related issue.

  First, you will need to create a stating site.

  Now, on your new staging site, you’ll want to follow this process. It’s going to ask you to deactivate plugins and try once again to edit a page to see if the same issue occurs. If it does not, it means that one of those plugins is causing the issue. Continue to use the troubleshooting guide to see if you can locate the plugin/theme that is causing the issue.
