Page content not showing after publishing – keep seeing the same content on each
-
Hi there,
I’ve just setup my website and when I view a page I’m seeing content totally different to what I see in the “edit” window. I have 7 pages and every page I publish just shows “disclaimer” text on each page rather than showing the actual content for that page.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a setting I need to change so when a page is published it shows the same content as what’s appears when editing the page?
Hope this makes sense,
Thanks

Hi there,
It sounds like you need help with the Woo Express upgrade on your site, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our WordPress.com Business or eCommerce Plan) so we are not your best point of contact, but the good news is that help is available by contacting Woo Express staff here:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket
Thanks!

@thatsexysmell for what it’s worth, when I’ve seen that issue, it’s almost always been that someone edited the template for all pages, removed the content placeholder, and replaced it with some text and stuff intended for a single page.
Then that text shows up on every page instead of the content. Your case may be different, but you might check your single page template and either add the content block again, or revert your changes to that template. Good luck!
