Page content too close together

Hi my name is Tony. I’m having trouble with the page content of a site that I’m working on. All of the page content is too close together. I’ve tried to edit the row layout to full width stretched but when selecting that option the content is too stretched. I’m using twenty seventeen. You can see what I’m working with via http://goodvibesdemos.com/. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong here. Even the pre-built layouts are looking smushed together.

You use the self-hosted WordPress version(.org), and your website is hosted on HostGator.
