Page Critical Error Message
-
When I click on a page to edit it through WordPress I receive a message that states ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ There has been no email sent, so I am not sure what to do. I have tried to log out and then log back in again and I still receive the error.

I don’t see any sites under your account here.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?

https://infinitybeverages.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2851&action=edit is the page I am trying to edit.
I figured out that the reason I received that error is because I added 2 new plugins through WooCommerce, WC Custom Add to Cart labels and Woo Custom Stock Status. Both of these break our site.
I am wondering why these 2 plugins would break the site and how I can get that fixed. We want these info these plugins provide on our storefront.
Thanks!

Hi,
it seems that the site infinitybeverages.com is not hosted with us anymore, it’s using WordPress software but it’s hosted on GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
While checking your account though, I noticed that you used to have Business plan for the site infinitybeverages.wordpress.com and it was not removed properly. We’ll need to revert the site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin or theme but that will mean losing all the content added to the site afterward.
Since you’ve moved to GoDaddy, I understand that you’ve also moved your content and you don’t need it anymore, however, we won’t do anything without your confirmation :) That said, if you already have all the content from the infinitybeverages.wordpress.com site backed up or moved, let us know and we’ll revert it.
