Hi! I want to add a description/overview below my page name, or even keep at the top of the page above any posts. I am not tech savvy at all & a complete newbie – please help if you can?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can change site title, site logo, and tagline (the one you want to add below your site title) by following instruction here:

Thank you for your response.
Not quite what I’m looking for… I’ve created pages that appear on my home screen – but would like to add a “tagline” to those headings.
Otherwise, how do I keep this “tagline” at the top of my page when going into it? If I add a new post, it jumps to the bottom – unless I cut & paste back to the top… -

Sorry about that & thanks for trying to help
Example: If I go into the “My Pics” page – there’s a note I want displayed at the top at all times (saying: All pics featured here were taken by myself)
But after adding a couple of pics, the note jumped to the bottom between pics.
Hope that’s a better explanation :) -
It happened because the way wordpress and browser rendered the page, so the ‘all pics featured here…’ appear first, but since you insert the images BEFORE the text, it gets loaded after and push the text down.
You need edit the post and place the text at the beginning before inserting all those images.
Is that what you want?
