Why are my Page Discussion Options Not Appearing?

  I’m trying to disable comments for a particular page (http://diarydead.wordpress.com/about), but the Page Discussion options aren’t appearing on the edit screen.

  Can you check to make sure you don’t have the Discussion module hidden in your screen options? That box will need to be checked for them to be visible.
