Page displaying in two different locations

Can someone please help me. I wanted to add a privacy policy to my website so I created a privacy policy page, and then I created a custom menu and then assigned the custom menu to the left-side footer. Now the privacy policy is displaying on both the top of the website and the footer.

I just want it to display at the footer and remove it from the header.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

So you obviously know about creating and editing custom menus, so what do you see when you try to customize your header menu? Do you have it set to automatically add all top-level pages? If so, you can disable that option and remove the privacy policy from this menu manually, I believe, simply by clicking on the arrow on the right of the item and clicking “remove” from the dropdown menu.

Hope that helps! Let us know if it doesn’t!

    Best,
    Leah
