PAGE DISPLAYS THEME OPTIONS

  I set up my website in wordpress.com. On my side, the pages all look good. When someone else looks at it,, they see the page that displays theme selection……it shows all the themes I could pick for that page…….everything from blank page to all of the free wordpress.com themes. Why is this happening, please?
